When will I receive my certificate?

For self-sponsored participants who have used SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) or Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) to pay for the course, certificates are typically issued 1 to 2 months after course completion, depending on the disbursement timeline.
 

For company-sponsored participants, certificates are issued within 14 working days from the date of course completion or receipt of full payment, whichever is later.

In both cases, issuance is subject to participants meeting the minimum 75% attendance requirement and successfully passing all course assessments.

Once your certificate is ready, you will receive an email notifying that your certificate in OpenCert format is ready for download. You can then access and download the file through your Student Portal.  Your certificate will also be available on your Skills Passport within one week of issuance.
