How do I download my certificate?

Once your certificate is ready, you will receive an email notifying that your certificate in OpenCert format is ready for download. You can then access and download the file through your Student Portal.  Your certificate will also be available on your Skills Passport within one week of issuance. 
 
Please refer to this step-by-step guide on how to retrieve your OpenCert file. It is recommended to use Chrome to download your OpenCert file.
